Returns & Exchanges

At Othilia Jewels, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your jewellery. If you wish to return or exchange a piece, please refer to the policy below.

1. General Return & Exchange Guidelines

You may return or exchange items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your order. Jewellery must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that show signs of wear or damage. If the jewellery piece has a certificate, the certificate needs to be returned as well and in its original envelope. 

2. Custom-Made Jewellery

Jewellery that has been specially made to order or customised in any way — including engravings, size adjustments, or bespoke designs — cannot be returned or exchanged.
 By placing an order for a custom piece, you acknowledge that it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a fault or defect in the product.

3. How to Return

To return a piece of jewellery, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing am@othiliajewels.com and include your order or invoice number. We will provide you with further instructions.
    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. If the item is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange.
  • Once approved, return the item to the following address:

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or faulty item).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the same 30-day period as our return policy.
 Please contact us to arrange the exchange.
 If exchanging for a different design or size, please note that production times may vary between 2–8 weeks.
Please note: Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange (Custom size, engraved pieces, and custom designs). 

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount (minus any shipping charges) to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If your purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card of the same value.
